At the completion of a National Event, an individual award for the "Best of ISSCA"(BOI) is awarded based solely on the number of points scored at the National Event. Participation in every event is not required, but highly encouraged.  The more events entered, the better the chance to score points and qualify for the BOI. The Best of ISSCA is designed to honor the car and driver with the best placing in as many events as possible. Placing lower than 5^th place does not gather points toward the award. Not entering all events does not gather points toward the award. This year there were several outstanding cars and members that competed in all events and did well in all events. Dave Hulshoff won in a very competitive race. Dave is from Brentwood, Missouri and is a member of GRAIL. Congratulations to Dave on a great car and performance! Coming in behind Dave was Carla Russo and then Rob Keeler.

 The winners name will be affixed to a perpetual trophy designating the year won.  A separate award will also be presented to Dave.
